6 -8 chicken thighs
8 cloves garlic
1/2 c. orange juice or orange peach mango juice
2 tbsp. white pepper
3 jalepenos
1 large bunch cilantro
1/2 c. olive oil
1 tbsp sea salt
Combine all ingredients in food processor. Refridgerate for at least 2 hours in glass 9x 13 baking dish (overnite is better). Heat oven to 375 and cook for 1 hour. Remove skin and take meat off bone.
