1 pound ground turkey (NOT all white meat)
4 oz. Spicy or regular mango chutney (in the Indian Foods Section of your grocery, I used Sukhi's)
1 small grated green apple
white pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a bowl, and knead with hands. Shape into small, equal rounds. Throw on grill - they take less than 5 minutes to cook! Serve with cheese, arugula and sliced tomatoes.
