This topper is great on grilled fish, chicken or steak...
2 TBSP unsalted butter
2 TBSP olive oil
1/8 c. good quality balsamic vinegar
1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
1 c. yellow pear tomatoes, halved
4 cloves garlic, sliced
3 sprigs sage, stems removed and chopped coarse
salt
white pepper
Melt butter, and olive oil together in saute pan. Add garlic and saute until garlic is tender and butter/oil begins to turn golden brown. Add sage, tomatoes and balsamic and cook until balsamic reduces. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately over fish.
