1 large head cabbage, finely shredded
1/4 head purple cabbage, finely shredded
1/3 cup finely chopped cilantro
1/4 cup roasted salted pepitas
For Dressing:
3/4 c. mayo
1/2 c. half-n-half
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/4 c. oil
1/8 tsp. each -
onion powder
garlic powder
dry mustard
celery salt
white pepperT
Whisk together dressing ingredients until smooth. Pour over cabbage, cilantro and pepitas. Toss until well coated. Makes about 8-10 servings. Don't ask about the calories!
